How it Works

At NuTerra we offer an array of services and pride ourselves in doing ‘a job well done’. After these five easy steps you’ll know exactly what we’re talking about. Give us a try, you wont regret it.

Step 1

Location! Location! Location! We need to find the perfect spot for your ‘home away from home’. Join us at one of our many properties or we are happy to help you find a place of your own.

Step 2

Design time! Be proud of where you work. If your tired of the 1980’s paisley wallpaper, our designers can help with that. You’ll have a space your employees never want to leave, and that’s a good thing.

Step 3

If we’re working with you on a new space, we take pride in getting the construction work done on time and under budget. We can get your new construction done in 4-8 weeks. Not a misread, we just want you happy and comfortable as soon as possible.

Step 4

When all the above has been completed you better be throwing one heck of a launch party to celebrate. And don’t forget NuTerra, we love free food but more importantly want to see you in your element.

Step 5

Once you are moved in and back to work, we offer top of the line Property Management Services. Need a lunch reservation at Chick-Fil- A? We’re there. Light bulb replacement? We do that too! We’ve got you covered and pampered in all the areas you need it most.

Cache Valley Retail Center was Nuterra’s first major commercial acquisition located in Logan, Utah. We still own and operate this center today.

1979

Nuterra entered into a long term relationship with James Campbell Company, a private Real Estate operating company with assets over $3 Billion.

1987

Began major acquisitions of land for future development

1996

Union Park Center, the first suburban Class A office park (1Million SF) in the intermountain region, reaches nearly 100% occupancy.

2004

Nuterra Technology designed and installed a fiberoptic infrastructure to serve the communication needs of tenants across our portfolio.

2011

Announced strategic partnership with Security National Financial Corporation to provide development, leasing, and other services for Center 53, a 1MM SF, Class A office park.
