Location! Location! Location! We need to find the perfect spot for your ‘home away from home’. Join us at one of our many properties or we are happy to help you find a place of your own.
Step 2Design time! Be proud of where you work. If your tired of the 1980’s paisley wallpaper, our designers can help with that. You’ll have a space your employees never want to leave, and that’s a good thing.
Step 3If we’re working with you on a new space, we take pride in getting the construction work done on time and under budget. We can get your new construction done in 4-8 weeks. Not a misread, we just want you happy and comfortable as soon as possible.
Step 4When all the above has been completed you better be throwing one heck of a launch party to celebrate. And don’t forget NuTerra, we love free food but more importantly want to see you in your element.
Step 5Once you are moved in and back to work, we offer top of the line Property Management Services. Need a lunch reservation at Chick-Fil- A? We’re there. Light bulb replacement? We do that too! We’ve got you covered and pampered in all the areas you need it most.
