We moved to the Union Park Center and our design and build out occurred during our business time of the year, during tax season in the spring. We were fortunate to have Nuterra as the landlord – which entitled us to use their construction arm. They offered great ideas that supplemented our design and did the entire build out of our 7000+ square foot space in less than 45 days. They really handled the build out in the most efficient way – being constantly available for questions, changes, etc. during the entire period. We highly recommend them.
