Nathan Thompson, CPM

Vice President

Serving as both Vice President and Partner, Nate is instrumental in providing key direction and oversight for all Nuterra assets.  He is instrumental in guiding company culture and providing leadership training within the organization. He believes in the importance of unlocking and maximizing employee potential. 

Nate has worked in a variety of construction and property management roles over the past 20 years. He has also been a real estate manager within the hospitality industry in Park City, Utah. As a result of this experience, Nate knows the value of providing clients with concierge-level service.

Nate is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in facility and property management. He has also earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and serves in key leadership roles within the organization, including the role as the Utah IREM President. He is also the recipient of the Utah CCIM and IREM Property Manager of the Year awards.

Nate enjoys spending time with his family, boating, golfing, and playing softball.  He also loves trail running and has competed in several 50-mile endurance races.
